Weatherday Portland Concert reviews
Country Fest -Ohio
Midland was loved by me! All in one event, I was impressed to see Chris Jansen, Blake Shelton, and George Strait. I love Midland, and wish they had sung more of their own awesome songs, and a little less of the other stuff. Though, they did a great rendition of Bob Seger. It was really well done! A wild drummer and great singers - it was fun to see how much other talent each of the members of Midland have. Blake was funny and did a great job of keeping us focused. He seemed genuinely amazed at the 90,000+ crowd. Awesome as well was Chris Jansen. He was so thankful and made a point of telling all of us that he is a Christian. The crowd went wild when he said it. Raelynn was there too and writes her own music. She sang a little with Blake. Then the main event - George Strait! He sounded great! Not a soul left before he finished. What a great way to cap off the night! He even wrote a song to his fans, which is beautiful and touching. You can tell he too appreciates fan support. It's a week later and I still get super excited just thinking about all of it!
